Bookkeeper for Small Businesses Who Want Their Finances to Make Sense
Hi, I’m Logan, and I know what it’s like to look at your numbers and not feel any more confident after.
You check your accounts, scroll for a bit, and leave thinking “I think I’m fine… but I don’t really know.”
And then it sits there in the background.
That low-level stress around money, decisions, timing… it doesn’t go away just because the business is making money.
I’ve been there too. That’s a big part of why I do this the way I do.
"The true alchemy of wealth lies not in the accumulation of gold, but in the wisdom of its stewardship."
How I Became a Bookkeeper for Small Businesses

I started my career in the Coast Guard, where helping people through difficult situations was part of everyday life. When I left, I knew I still wanted work that made someone's life a little easier.
That eventually led me into accounting, auditing, and financial planning. The more experience I gained, the more I realized something.
The companies with the biggest budgets already had accountants, analysts, and advisors helping them understand every financial decision they made.
Meanwhile, small business owners, the people taking the biggest risks, were often expected to figure it all out on their own. That never made much sense to me.
I believe small business owners deserve the same level of financial clarity and financial tools that bigger companies have. You shouldn't have to be a huge corporation to understand your numbers or make confident financial decisions.
That's why I chose to work with small business owners. Helping you feel confident about your finances is a lot more meaningful to me than helping another large corporation optimize another spreadsheet.

I’m Logan
Financial analyst, Financial Planner, Virtual Bookkeeper, helping small businesses feel more clear and in control
When I’m not working, I’m usually doing something active, running, biking, or reading.
I like figuring things out, whether that’s systems in a business or random automations just because I can.
I live near the beach in Long Beach, CA so I’m outside a lot when I can be with my golden retriever Nala.
I spend a lot of time with friends and family, and I end up helping them with their finances too.
It’s not really something I turn off. I’ve always had that tendency to want to understand how things work, and help other people understand it too.
Who I Serve
Growing Businesses
I partner with small business owners who have found success yet feel lost.
Things look solid from the outside, but the internal numbers feel much harder than they should.

Real Challenges
I work with creatives, consultants, and restaurant owners ready to stop winging their finances.
From local shops to service-based businesses, I help those tired of piecing data together alone.
Real Clarity
You don’t want to spend hours trying to piece everything together or wondering if you’re missing something.
You want an expert who can take care of everything, walk you through what matters, and make it simple enough that you actually understand your numbers and feel good about where your business is at, and headed.
